PNC Iinternational College of Nursing And Health Sciences (PNC) is a subsidiary of Kumpulan Perubatan Johor (KPJ) the Healthcare Division of Johor Corporation. It is a private nursing college owned and managed by KPJ. KPJ is one of the largest healthcare groups in the region ofering diverse and integrated range of healthcare services.The inception of the college was andent aspiration of KPJ's Managing Director Datin Paduka Siti Sa'diah Sheikh Bakir,who envisaged the need for the KPJ Healthcare Berhad to be self-sufficient for its human capital requirements especially nursing.
Reputed to be the first private nursing college to initiate the Diploma in Nursing Programme, PNC launched its training and education with a first intake of 30 students in September 1991, with the culminations of 100% passes in the Malaysian Nursing Board Final examination three years later 1994. to date, PNC has maintained a significant track record of 100% passes for every intake of its students,By the end of December 2005, PNC had successfully enrolled 1,801 nursing students which include 1,125 in Diploma in Nursing holders.
PNC has actively towards recruited international students ever since the approval was granted by the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Home Affairs in August 2003. With the Accreditation of its Diploma in Nursing program in October 2004 by the National Accreditation Board and the approval provided for for International students to sit for the Malaysian Nursing Board Registration Examination in December 2004, PNC is confident that the total enrolment of international students will increase steadily. To date, PNC has registered international students from CHINA,Nigeria,Nepal,Myanmar,Indonesia,Vietnam and United Kingdom.
Over the last 15 years, PNC has significanly and actively trained and produced high calibre nurses to meet both organizational and national needs. PNC conducts several collaborative programs with national reputable foreign universities for various courses namely Bachelor of Nursing,Nurses Education / Teaching,Critical Care Nursing,Paediatric Nursing,Renal Nursing and Health Management and Leadership programs with University of South Australia,Paedistric Nursing with Edith Cowan Universities, Western Australia and the Oprerating Department Practice program with Liverpool John Moores University,United Kingdom.
PNC’s endeavours for producing qualified, caring, efficient and respectable graduates are strongly supported by an academic core group of dedicated, dynamic and experienced lecturers.
Armed with the motto, “Towards Excellence in Nursing Education and Healthcare Services”, PNC believes in maintaining high standards of nursing education and ensuring credible and reliable nursing training to all its students. As such, the discipline and culture of proactive and continuous improvement is inculcated in all staff of PNC.

Academic Staff:
PNC's endeavour for producing qualified, caring, efficient and respectable graduates are strongly supported by an academic core group Nurse Lecturers who continually strive for high quality in the pursuit of academic excellence. Headed by a Principal, there are 12 full-time Nurse Lecturers who are dedicated, dynamic and possess different nursing specialities and working experience. It also has 6 part-time Nurse Lecturers to meet with the teaching requirement of the increasing number of students.
